Introducing the Next Generation of Outdoorsmen to the Wilds of Idaho. A non-profit (501C3), Christian based organization serving children 9 to 16 years of age. Scooter’s Youth Hunting Camp is staffed by volunteers and is 100% free to all participants. We can accommodate 250 campers per year on a first come first serve basis. Over the last nineteen years more than 5,000 kids have attended our camp.  This year is our 20th anniversary.

Special thanks to my grandfather, the late HOMER E. ROBERTS for teaching me how to hunt and introducing me to GOD’S COUNTRY. Without his influence, Scooter’s Youth Hunting Camp would never have been possible.

On 2/19/2021 our beloved Kami McGann “Mrs. Scooter” won the race to Jesus and passed away after a strong 2 year battle with breast cancer.  While we are sad and miss Kami, we are blessed to know she is flying with Jesus.  The camp will go on and continue Kami’s legacy of blessing kids.  “Where GOD guides, GOD provides”.  God bless you all! Scott
